This site is run by The Organization for Culture and Tourism "BRIDGER", based in Prizren, Kosova. This short notice explains what we do with your data.
1. What we collect?
When you book a tour, we collect your name, email, preferred date/time, guest count, and any optional note you add. We only use this to organise your tour and reply to you.
2. Who sees it?
Your booking is sent to our team and, so you have a copy too, a confirmation is emailed back to you automatically via our form provider, FormSubmit. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
3. How long we keep it?
Only as long as needed to organise your tour and keep basic records afterwards.
4. Cookies?
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies ourselves. Here's everything on this site that touches cookies:
- Google Fonts — loads our site's typefaces and may set its own basic cookie.
- Embedded Google Map — shows our meeting point and may set its own basic cookie.
- Bootstrap CDN — loads the site's styling/scripts and may set its own basic cookie.
- FormSubmit (our booking form provider) — processes and delivers your booking and may set its own basic cookie while doing so.
- Our cookie/privacy banner — remembers your choice for 24 hours using your browser's local storage, not a cookie.
- Our booking form itself — does not set a cookie. The details you type in (name, email, date, time, guest count) are sent directly to us and to FormSubmit only to organise your tour - see sections 1 and 2 above for how that data is used.
5. Your data, your choice!
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information any time by emailing prizrenwalkingtours@gmail.com. This notice follows Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data and the EU GDPR.
